Our Digital A&R Management & Consulting initiative is an innovative and creative way for A&R, Producers, Music Supervisors, Agents, Managers, and other music industry professionals to get compensated for their professional expertise.  You have taken the time to perfect your craft via experience in the industry, education, or other means.  Digital Platinum A&R will act as your quasi-agent.  We will set up paid video e-auditions, music e-auditions, paid conference calls with up-and-coming artists, and other means by which you have the opportunity for further compensation.

One of the primary reasons industry professionals receive so many low-quality submissions is because the artists do not value their music or your time as a professional, so they bombard you with anything and everything they create.  Thus, wasting your valuable time.  If an artist truly believed in their own music, then they would have no problem paying for the time it takes you to listen to it, or e-auditioning it for you.  Artists will continue to send you low quality because it is free for them to do so.  It costs them nothing, but it wastes your time.

If an artist has a problem paying you for your time, then you pretty much know up front what you are going to be dealing with.  They obviously do not value your time as a professional, so why should you invest time in them.  We look to bring serious artists to the table who value your time, expertise, experience, and knowledge.​​
